Main Purpose
-Building Fabric
Duties & Responsibilities
-Delivering hard services planned PPM programme to include all statutory maintenance as per legal requirement.
-Mobile engineer covering 8 schools in the Midlands Area.
-Respond to all reactive building fabric works as per direction from the helpdesk and Maintenance Manager
-Carry out all planned works, installations and repairs as per the current regulations
-Provide assistance when required to mechanical, plumbing and electrical reactive works, where qualified, as per requirement of the Maintenance Manager and the contract requirements.
-Assist in project planning, estimation and stock control of critical mechanical / building fabric spares
-Work to the site-specific Rams for the contract and as detailed within your safety briefings.
-Work as part of team to deliver the highest standards for the client.
-Maintain high customer service standards, working alongside the client and the teams.
Skills & Knowledge
-City & Guild, apprenticeship or relevant experience in building fabric maintenance.
-Qualifications and relevant experience in mechanical, plumbing planned and reactive maintenance an advantage.
-Experience of utilising CAFM systems and PDA’s whilst carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
-Planning and organizing own workload to meet SLA targets.
-Previous experience of working in schools an advantage.
-Clean driving licence
