Required Experience and Qualifications:
- An NVQ in a mechanical related subject (any level is fine)
- Time served experience in maintenance and repair work in commercial buildings
- Straightforward time served knowledge of plumbing, pumps and air handling units
- Southampton
£40,000 pa plus well paid OT and on call allowances- Permanent Role
