INSURANCE RETENTION ADVISOR - BOURNEMOUTH

About you:

You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as it’s important that we really get to know our clients and understand their requirements.

You have awesome problem-solving skills – all of our clients are totally unique, so we need to come up with tailor made solutions as we don’t have a "one size fits all" approach

You may currently be working in a sales, Customer service or retention role and are now looking for a career in insurance. We don’t require any previous experience as we offer on-site training, workshops, coaching and will support you through industry qualifications.

What will you be doing:

Working as a Retention Advisor, the core element of the role is to retain existing policy holders in the non-standard and high-risk household Insurance market. The Retention Advisor is an advised role working in our new offices in Bournemouth. In this telephony-based position you will manage a portfolio of customers whilst working with Insurers, management agencies to source solutions and to ensure continued retention of existing business. ensuring we meet our diverse customer needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing clients within the retention cycle
Making outbound calls to existing customers
Taking incoming calls from our existing customers to renew or service their policies.
Source, present and renew policies for our existing customers.
Adherence to the requirements laid out by the FCA in terms of compliance and customer risk.
Build relationships with 3rd party Insurers and Underwriters
Upselling additional products, seek cross sale and referral opportunities where applicable.
Providing first class customer service through advice and expertise
Taking ownership of your clients and building lasting relationships.
Hours:

37.5 hours

Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30 pm

1 x Saturday morning per month 9am – 12:30pm
