Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cycling Personal Injury Claims in Manchester to lead our client's dedicated team of legal professionals. As the Head of Cycling Personal Injury Claims, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cycling-related cases, from initial consultation to settlement or trial.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of solicitors, paralegals, and support staff, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Conduct initial client consultations and assess the viability of cycling personal injury claims.
- Develop and implement case strategies to maximise the likelihood of successful outcomes for our clients.
