Within the Corporate Service Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent standard of service to our Corporate and Commercial customers.
As a Customer Service Executive you will be supporting our Corporate & Commercial customers and Relationship Teams with day to day banking through different channels including Telephone, Email & Secure Message.

Servicing inbound calls and emails from customers, both internally and externally either through personal ownership or by liaising with other areas (e.g. internal Departments; escalating issues or complaints), according to the process

Using various systems to ensure all queries raised are fully answered, ensuring the account is accurately updated to reflect conversations

Performing high value transactions on customers' accounts,

Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Quality Assurance targets and AHT targets

Displaying Santander's 5 TEAMs behaviours in line with the Client Services ethos
What you'll bring.

The ability to treat each customer as an individual and deliver a tailored response on each call

Being able to work within procedural guidelines

Excellent communication and customer service skills (e.g. articulate, clear, good listening/questioning skills, showing empathy where appropriate)

This is a full time role and is based in our St Vincent Street office, Glasgow and you will be expected to spend 40% of your time in this office.
We are open Monday to Friday and so you'll work five seven-hour shifts between 08:00 - 17:30.

Starting Salary between £23,036 - £27,101 - dependent on experience

Right to work in the UK.
