Registered Podiatrist with Health and Care Professions Council. Degree/ Diploma in Podiatric Medicine. Post-graduate qualifications in diabetes or diabetes module. Mentorship qualification. Certificate in administration of local anaesthetic. Demonstrate an understanding of the clinical governance agenda. Demonstrate an active involvement in research. Clinical audit or other quality issue. Demonstrate advanced clinic reasoning skills in a wide variety of highly complex clinical situations. Candidates should be adept in the use of equipment Dopler, Neurotips, Monofilaments etc. Excellent organisational skills are required in the management of caseloads and timetable.
