Pastoral Support Tutor – Chichester (CV Submissions Accepted)
£26,189 - £28,621 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Do you want a rewarding role, making a real difference to learners’ lives at an Outstanding College?
We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our outstanding Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor to provide pastoral and academic support to our full time learners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. The work you do as a Pastoral Support Tutor will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have an outstanding and fulfilling experience at college.
Working for the Chichester College Group also offers a highly competitive pension scheme, above-statutory annual leave with the option to purchase up to 10 additional days plus college closure days over the Christmas period which is not deducted from leave entitlement. It also gives you access to a significantly discounted on-site gym membership and discounts at our First Steps Childcare nurseries (depending on campus).
As well as experience of supporting students aged 16-19, a Pastoral Support Tutor will be required to understand their support needs. As a Pastoral Support Tutor, you will be highly motivated and have experience of target setting, working to tight deadlines and have proven time management and organisational skills.
