I have an opportunity for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with an incredibly exciting and well-backed start-up who are disrupting their industry and are working on technology on the cutting edge of cloud and edge computing, as well as machine learning. The work they are doing is completely unique and they are the first company to do this, so it's a great opportunity to get involved in!
After winning further business, they are looking to hire a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who can support both the internal team and their clients across various functions. This is a position who would fit a self-starter who can take initiative and find solutions. Moreover, this is very exciting as the company can support the hiring should this role need support.
This would be a good position for a professional who has had exposure to:
- AWS
- Linux OS
- VMWare
- Experience managing mobile devices (e.g JAMF and Agisoft)
- Managing data centers
- MacOS
- Windows 11
The role is also rather unique as there is potential opportunity for international travel! This is a hybrid role in Edinburgh. With a salary of around £65k.
