Join Only Branded , an aspiring e-commerce company, as Customer Service Supervisor. We seek a dynamic and results-driven professional who has a passion for e-commerce and an experience of a working supervisor.
Responsibilities:
develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints
Based on Amazon marketplace returns policies, can co-ordinate with the customers of amazon and their return.
Must have enough knowledge of FBA returns policies as well.
Able to resell the products on marketplace again after returns.
Can manage returns from customers as well as from FBA.
Can discuss reimbursement with Amazon customer services.
Discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the product or service provided;
plans and coordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users.
communicate with the customers before sales, at the time of sales and after sales.
The candidate must have good knowledge of FBM (fulfilment by Merchant).
listing the product as merchant fulfilled
preparing orders and dispatch orders.
authorising returns
dealing with the returned products and customer services.
listing the product as FBA fulfilled
shipping goods to amazon both on pallets as well as in boxes.
reconciliation of received shipments.
