Property and Procurement Solicitor needed in Cardiff, £40ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1229400

1. To undertake legal work within the relevant functional area, or such other areas within Legal Services as may be required from time to time, to advise on legal matters; to act on the Client's instructions and where necessary and appropriate to represent the Client in Court and at tribunals, hearings, mediations and inquiries.

2. The relevant functional area is Property Procurement and Contract Law. The legal work comprises a demanding and varied non-contentious workload. The work will include advising on Property, Contractual and Procurement law matters (including complex and high value procurements) with particular focus on commercial conveyancing and development projects, construction contracts, as well as other non-contentious Local Government law matters; drafting procurement documentation, contracts, statutory orders and other documentation; and carrying out any other legal work necessary for the performance of the legal Services functions.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
