Are you the right person for the job?
• Previous experience in insurance claims handling is advantageous but not essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
What will your role look like?
• Reviewing and assessing insurance claims
• Communicating with policyholders, claimants, loss adjusters and insurance companies
• Diary management for field staff
• Managing claims from start to finish
