Join us as a Contract Manager for our Contract Logistics team at our Tamworth site, where you'll oversee the development and management of a dedicated customer contract across multiple UK sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader with extensive warehouse management experience to join our team. Location: Tamworth Salary: Competitive + car/allowance + bonus + benefits What will you be doing?
- Support the strategic growth and development of the customer, fostering a zero-failure culture.
- Develop a strategic plan aligned with customer and internal critical paths, ensuring clear goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and management, ensuring performance and service levels meet expectations
- Deliver KPI's and SLA's, maximising accuracy, productivity, and space utilisation.
- Support rapid growth, promptly addressing queries and complaints.
- Manage monthly customer reviews including CI improvement plans and contractual KPI's.
- Oversee contract and customer activity administration, ensuring compliance and effective leadership.
- P&L Management, delivery of contract targets, preparation and delivery of contract logistics budget.
About You
- Previous experience of managing complex warehouse operations
- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and customer reviews
- Effective leadership skills, fostering performance enhancement and employee relations.
- Expertise in budgetary controls and KPI management
- A proactive approach to meet operational objectives.
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Experience in rail networks, aftermarket rail support functions is desirable.
