The Revenues & Benefits service is looking for experienced, customer focussed individuals to join their small team responsible for the billing, collection and enforcement of Council Tax, and Business Rates.

The role requires the post holder to deal with day-to-day contact from customers with enquiries about council tax or business rates, accurately updating and maintaining records, along with taking action to recover amounts owed to the council.
