Tarnerland Nursery School, a not-for-profit nursery maintained by the Local Authority, is looking for Additional Support Workers.
We need people who are able to give extra support to some of our most vulnerable learners, ensuring that they have access to the same opportunities for play and learning as everyone else at Tarnerland. Come and join our team!

Closing date: Monday 15th April (mid-day) 2024
Interview date: Friday 19th April 2024
Benefits of working at Tarnerland;
- The nursery is in the centre of the city, close to the beach and town, in a light, spacious building with extensive outdoor space including a large garden shaded by mature trees, over-looking the sea.
- We are a large experienced, professional and happy team.
- Regular supervision sessions are offered, supporting professional development and personal wellbeing and staff training takes place regularly throughout the year.
Staff at Tarnerland are council employees with entitlement to all of the protected working rights upheld by Brighton and Hove City council, this includes;
- A pay structure linked to national pay reviews.
- Fair policies and protocol that give clear guidance to employee and employer.

Applicants should have;
