Care Co-Ordinator - Driving License Essential

As a Care Co-Ordinator you will monitoring staff to ensure that they promote independent living skills by assisting individuals to enjoy their hobbies, get involved in the community as well as helping with personal care and staying healthy. You will be supporting staff with training and mentoring.
Doing monthly supervisions and care reviews.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Will be required to have the on-call phone one weekend in 4 and one evening per week.
Must be able to use a computer and work with excel.
Experience is not essential, however for this role it is essential that you can drive so you can use this skill to help transform more lives.
