Are you looking for an AOI Inspection role with excellent progression opportunities? We currently require an experienced AOI Inspector to work at our company's HQ in Hemel Hempstead.
To be successful in this role as an AOI Inspector, you must have Automated Optical Inspection machine operating experience.
AOI Inspector Requirements:
- Experience with operating and running Automated Optical Inspection AOI Machines - this is essential and non-negotiable
- Ability to accurately perform required visual inspection
- Previous rework experience would be an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Drive to produce the highest quality product possible
- Experience programming of Mirtec AOI machines is desirable
- Any experience of working to IPC standards will also go in your favour
AOI Inspector Responsibilities:
- Visual inspection of PCB's processed
- AOI Inspector needed to perform manual operations, including precision circuit network
- Scan layers on automated equipment
- Verify scanned layers and/or PCB's for defects
- Separate good layers and/or PCB's from rework and scrap
- Perform rework under magnification, such as repairing short
