About the role
As Coupon Operations Executive, you will accurately set up coupons and offers across in-store and online systems, including testing our new coupon set up system in development, for colleagues and suppliers to deliver a positive customer experience.
The Hiring Manager for this vacancy is Sarah Hamblin
You will be responsible for
- Supporting the Coupon Strategic Operations Manager to test coupon set up in our new Coupon operations system currently in development
- Supporting our Coupon Operations Manager in BAU coupon set up and management within our legacy system
- Receiving and checking offer nominations to ensure all coupons and offers are legal and adhere to the coupon guidelines
- Setting up Clubcard reward offers and Tesco customer focused coupons across in store and online systems
- Ensuring that all finance and audit processes are followed
- Supporting the continuous improvement of execution and reconciliation processes for setting up coupons and offers
- Maintain all coupon and offer systems and keeping up to date with issuer codes/barcode recycling etc
- Providing advice to stakeholders on coupons
- Maintaining critical paths and ensuring deadlines are adhered to
- Liaise with store operations to ensure store training documents and communicates are current and up to date
