An excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance plumber in Coventry. You will join the static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out.

This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hour week, In return you will receive:

  • Salary up to £33,000 - £35,000per annum
  • Monday to Friday(6AM-3PM and 1PM-10PM) 40 hours per week 1 hour lunch break
  • Over time available
  • 23+ 8 days' holidays
  • Tools provided,1 in 6 call outs rota
  • Parking on site, free parking available
  • DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 will be in plumbing or pipe fitting
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

Duties / Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites. Basic plumbing, working with air handling units and heating and hot water.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or Equivalent
  • Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW , Ventilation Systems
  • Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
  • Worked on Steam Systems
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Water temperature checks
  • Fire alarm testing
