Crynodeb

We are looking for a Campsite Assistant at Oldbury Hill campsite. Day to day, you'll support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.

This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible.

Weekend and Bank Holiday working is essential for this role. You'll be working roughly about 15 hours per week over two days until the summer, then you'll be working roughly 22.5+ hours over 3 days until the end of the summer holidays when it may go back down to 15 hours per week.

Internally you'll be known as Outdoors Holidays Operation Assistant.

Interviews will be held on the 29th March.

In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service and processing online bookings.

A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners.

• Helpful & Friendly

• Customer focused with a positive attitude

• Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
