  • You will provide exceptional service to our clients and customers
  • Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to
  • Drive foodservice and support service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements
  • Review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance reporting
  • Demonstrate commercial value to your direct reports, line manager and Leadership teams, in line with the One Compass vision, values and overall business strategy
About you:
  • Proven experience in a similar bar and restaurant management role with a track record of successful staff management and leadership
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and cost control
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and menu development
  • Experience in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and revenue
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards
  • Passion for hospitality and dedication to providing exceptional service
  • Professional demeanour and appearance, with a positive attitude and friendly character
  • Leads change – is skilled at and embraces the change discussion focusing on improvements with key stakeholders, before driving and supporting change
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments
