Location: South East London (office based in Westerham, Kent)
Salary: £62,500 - £70,000 depending on experience plus bonus
Permanent: Full time, Permanent (Mon-Fri)

Experienced Quantity Surveyor - The Role:
We are recruiting an Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to look after our existing, under development and expanding property portfolio.
This role will be part of the executive team responsible for the development of the business and will, when required, act as a stand in for the MD.
Amongst other responsibilities you will:
* Provide bills of quantities for materials and labour and achievable project timeframes
* Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors
* Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
* Measure and value the work done on site
* Provide up to date cost as the project continues
* Ensure projects are completed on budget and on time
* Have a proven track record of fostering strong professional relationships and building extensive networks within the industry
Experienced Quantity Surveyor - About you:
You will be a seasoned professional, RICS or equivalent qualified, with 10+ years' experience in residential construction. You should have a strong track record managing multi-story residential projects up to £10m from inception to final account. We are looking for someone committed to a long-term career with us.
You will be someone who enjoys variety, can multi-task, has great time management skills, is proactive, demonstrates a keen commercial approach, remains calm and collected under pressure and has a great eye for detail.
You will live within South East London or with a realistic drive to the area.
