Building Surveyor
Our multi-disciplinary property consultancy client based in North Manchester working across the UK on a wide range of commercial property instructions for high-net-worth individuals, family funds and professional fund managers are seeking a Building Surveyor /Director to oversee the Building Consultancy department across the company and further develop their offering
The role will be a senior position within the Building Surveying department and will report directly to the Managing Director. The candidate will have the opportunity of working to further develop the building surveying team with the opportunity of securing a senior and long term role as part of the management team. This role offers the right individual a chance to be part of a growing business, and to develop their skill set in a direct and client facing environment, where they will very much be in control of their earning and career progression. This is a key role for our business and requires an established Building Surveyor who is ambitious to play a significant part in growing a business and reap the full rewards for their efforts and success.
