To be considered for the role of Management Accountant at Onebright, you will need to demonstrate you have the skills, experience and tenacity to deliver great leadership, drive change and ensure excellence.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Acting as a strong role model and natural leader you will be expected to manage allocation of tasks across the myriad of financial dependencies, tasks and processes that help us achieve our deadlines.
- You will lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and KPI's /Board Pack slides, including balance sheet, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow statement and inter-company balances reconciliation.
- Understand and deliver to key stakeholders across multiple teams and our Private Equity partners in line with their expectations.
- Able to lead on change projects across the finance team.
- Be an intrinsic part of our finance engine driving deadlines, accuracy, change and innovation and team ethos so that everyone succeeds.
- Being available and managing colleagues with a mixture of remote and office working. (3 Days Office / 2 Days remote)
Qualifications/Experience
- You must be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) holding at least 2/3 years post qualification experience.
- Ideally be a Graduate in a finance related field.
- Experience of working as a qualified management accountant in a multi-company/multi-ledger group. Ideally within a services or healthcare business.
- Strong people management experience including coaching, development and performance management.
- Intermediate level Excel experience essential (e.g. SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, SUBTOTAL, Pivot tables)
- Experience of Sage Intacct desirable (but not essential)
- Experience of Prophix Reporting & Forecasting Software desirable (but not essential)
