Summary

Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity to further your career in Early Years education?

Action Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £34,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare and supporting children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

We are also open to considering Level 2 Nursery Practitioners, provided they meet the required experience and qualification criteria.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in accordance with EYFS requirements.
Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Contribute to a positive team culture and support the overall success of the nursery.
Candidate Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred).
Level 2 qualified practitioners will also be considered if they meet the experience requirements.
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
