Summary

Are you a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for a rewarding opportunity within a supportive and professional early years setting?

Action Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for 6 Level 3 Qualified Practitioners to join their growing nursery team in Hither Green, SE13. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate childcare professionals who are committed to providing outstanding care and education for children across all age groups.

The successful candidates will work within a nurturing environment that promotes children's learning, development, wellbeing, and school readiness in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Working Hours
Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Shifts scheduled between 7:30am and 6:30pm
Flexible working pattern available:
5 days per week
Or 4 days per week (7:30am–6:30pm) covering 40 hours
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children across all age groups.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in accordance with EYFS requirements.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Promote children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Work effectively as part of a professional and supportive nursery team.
Candidate Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach to childcare.
Commitment to providing exceptional care and learning experiences for children.
