Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting a professional and dependable HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Driver to join a well-established flour distribution business based in East Lothian.

Working Schedule
Monday to Friday
Early morning start times
Minimum 40 hours guaranteed per week
Overtime available

The Role
Operating a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle delivering flour and related products to commercial customers throughout Scotland
Completing scheduled deliveries safely, efficiently, and on time
Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and reporting any defects
Ensuring compliance with all transport legislation, driver hours regulations, and company procedures
Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all delivery locations
Accurately completing delivery paperwork and records
Pay Rates
PAYE
£15.50 per hour
£20.66 per hour overtime after standard hours
PAYE Advanced
£17.37 per hour
£23.15 per hour overtime after standard hours

Valid UK Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
Driver CPC qualification
