Summary
Senior HR Advisor
Premium Organic Food Brand
Location: North London (On-site)
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 + Benefits
Are you an HR Generalist ready to step out of a large team and lead your own function?
I am currently partnering with an incredible organic, artisan food manufacturer in North London to find a proactive, hands-on Senior HR Advisor. This isn’t your typical corporate HR role; it’s a standalone position reporting directly to the Managing Director, offering you a seat at the table and the autonomy to truly "pave the way."
My client is a leader in the craft food space, blending traditional methods with organic principles. They are growing, and they need a people-expert who can balance the fast-paced demands of a production site with a high-empathy, culture-first approach.
The Role
This is a true 360-degree generalist role. You will be the face of HR on-site, responsible for:
Managing the full recruitment cycle and creating a "best-in-class" induction and site-tour experience.
Providing pragmatic advice to managers and coaching them through ER casework with confidence.
Owning the annual employee survey, leading appraisal processes, and spearheading recognition initiatives.
Working with the wider group to refine policies and ensure the site is compliant, modern, and efficient.
Your Skills & Experience
You must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or currently studying toward completion).
Proven Generalist Background: Solid experience managing the 360-degree HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
ER Expertise: Confident in providing pragmatic advice on disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring all actions are in line with current UK employment law.
Sector Knowledge: Ideally, you have experience within FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment.
Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and handle sensitive information with total discretion.
What’s in it for you?
This is a rare chance to move into a high-visibility role where your impact is felt daily. If you are tired of being a small cog in a big HR machine and want to be the "go-to" person for an artisan brand with real heart, this is for you.
