The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their growing team. This is a wonderfully varied role that balances administrative precision with daily human interaction, offering an excellent platform to progress your HR career.
Your Key Responsibilities

• HR Administration: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR function, keeping systems and digital/hard-copy employee records highly accurate.
• Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies and key benefits (pensions, Bike-to-Work scheme, and company cars).
• Payroll & Reporting: Gather and process essential monthly data for payroll (absences, bonuses, leaves) and compile personnel reports.
• Case & Project Support: Assist with employee relations cases by taking meticulous minutes at hearings, drafting formal letters, and coordinating HR projects.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Proven administrative experience, ideally within a fast-paced HR environment.
• Skills: Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting formal documentation and handling staff queries.
• Systems: Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of HR databases and MS Office.
What’s on Offer

• An excellent benefits package (pension, Bike-to-Work scheme) and the chance to work within a thriving, market-leading international business.
