Summary
Working closely with the founder, you’ll gain hands-on experience in live retained assignments, learning how senior professionals are identified, engaged, assessed, and presented to clients. This is a structured apprenticeship combining formal training with real-world experience in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct talent mapping across target markets and industries
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal CRM systems
Support candidate identification and outreach strategies
Conduct initial qualification calls with prospective candidates
Write professional candidate summaries and profiles
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
Assist with stakeholder engagement and client updates
Contribute to the full end-to-end executive search process
Training & Development
Fully supported Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Ongoing coaching and mentoring from an experienced founder
Exposure to international recruitment across Europe and North America
Development of high-level communication and business skills
Essential Qualifications
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
A Levels (or equivalent) in any subject (Pass or above)
