Summary
L3 IT Tech Sales Apprentice with Envera Group
Salary: £16,000 + Uncapped commission (OTE 28-32k+)
Short Description:
This is a conversation-led role, not a script-led one. You’ll be speaking with Managing Directors and business owners across the UK. Understanding how their business actually works, where it’s costing them time or money, and whether what we do is the right fit for them. Some of those conversations turn into meetings. Some turn into long-term relationships that pay off six months later. Some don’t go anywhere, and that’s part of it too. What matters is that the conversations are real, and the people on the other end finish them feeling like someone actually listened.

About Envera
We’re a tech company that helps business owners get their time back.
The companies we work with are good at what they do, but most of them are drowning in admin. Missed calls. Lost opportunities. Late nights doing paperwork instead of being with their families.
We build AI-powered phone handling, automation, and joined-up communication systems that fix that, so the business runs properly and the people running it can breathe again.
We’re not a tech company that happens to sell to businesses. We’re a team that genuinely cares about the businesses we work with, and we build accordingly.
Three things we hold ourselves to:
Accountability — we take ownership and follow through.
Empowerment — we help people grow, take initiative, and run with things. The team gets better when the people in it do.
Passion — no passion, no point. We care about the work, the businesses we serve, and the people behind them. If we didn’t, we wouldn’t be doing this.
What You’ll Be Doing
Opening conversations with business owners by phone, LinkedIn, email, and in person
Understanding how their business runs and where the friction is
Booking qualified meetings that turn into real revenue
Attending events, trade shows, and client visits across the UK
Building a pipeline you own
Learning the technology, the verticals, and the businesses we serve
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll spend time in the office and out with the team, but a large part of the role is yours to run. You’ll be making your own calls, managing your own day, and meeting clients on your own. The team is here when you need them, but the work itself sits with you.
Training & Development
You’ll complete the Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson Apprenticeship with Firebrand Training, including:
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
Customer engagement and negotiation training
Real-world technical sales skills
Alongside that, you’ll get:
Direct mentorship from senior team members
Sales masterclasses (negotiation, objection handling, closing)
Coaching in communication, psychology, and business development
Real exposure to AI, automation, and modern business systems
What You’ll Get
Uncapped commission from day one, paid on every opportunity you generate
Monthly performance incentives: bonuses, luxury prizes, weekends away
Team experiences and company trips abroad
Direct mentorship from senior people who’ve actually done the job
Sales masterclasses in negotiation, objection handling, and closing
Real exposure to AI, automation, and modern business systems from inside the company building them
A team that backs you, celebrates wins properly, and takes the work seriously
Real responsibility from the start, in a role where what you do actually matters
Why This Role
We invest more time, training, and attention into our people than anyone else in our industry. If you’re serious about growing, this is the kind of environment that gets you there faster than anything else will.
You’ll learn how businesses actually work. You’ll learn how to start a conversation with someone you’ve never met, build trust quickly, and turn that into something meaningful. You’ll learn how to think on your feet, handle pressure, read people, and back yourself in rooms you wouldn’t have walked into a year ago.
You’ll be doing it inside an AI company, in an industry that’s reshaping how the world works, alongside people who take what they do seriously and look after each other while they do it.
We’re not looking for someone to pass through. We’re looking for the people who’ll grow with us, take ownership of what they build here, and rise as the company does. There’s no ceiling on what that looks like. The only limit is what you’re willing to put in.
Progression
This role is a starting point, not a ceiling.
For people who put the work in, the next step is a Business Development Manager position: running your own meetings, managing your own client relationships, and owning your own outcomes. It isn’t given. It’s earned.
Our top closers routinely earn six figures and beyond. That’s what’s on the table for the people who go after it.
There’s no fixed timeline. It moves at the pace you do.
This role tends to suit people who:
Genuinely like people and find businesses interesting
Are comfortable starting conversations with senior decision-makers
Want to understand how things work and why
Want to be measured on what you actually do, not how busy you look
Want their work to mean something, not just hit a number
Are self-driven and don’t need chasing
Can handle a no without taking it personally
You don’t need a tech background. You need curiosity, warmth, and the willingness to keep showing up.
Qualifications Required:
Requirements
5 GCSEs (A* to C / 9 to 4), including English and Maths
Strong communication skills, spoken and written
Comfortable using digital tools, or willing to learn fast
A full UK driver’s license
Salary: £16,000 + Uncapped commission (OTE 28-32k+)
