Summary
About the Company:
At Envera our mission is simple:
We help businesses stay ahead by implementing AI-powered automation, intelligent phone systems, business software, and connectivity — all integrated in a way that actually works for the people using them.
Our clients don’t want flashy tech. They want real outcomes. That’s what we deliver.
Over the next 12–18 months we’re investing heavily in our marketing, content, and brand presence — and we’re looking for someone creative, ambitious, and energetic to help lead that charge.
This is not a “schedule some posts” social media job. This is a chance to help shape a brand from the ground up, with real creative freedom and a leadership team that will back you to try things.
Brief Job Description:
Before You Apply – This Role Probably Isn’t For You If…
• You prefer structured, repetitive marketing tasks rather than experimenting creatively
• You’re uncomfortable being on camera or helping create video content
• You’re not interested in keeping up with new marketing tools, AI tools, or content trends
• You prefer simply scheduling posts rather than thinking about how content captures attention
• You’re looking for a quiet admin-style marketing role with minimal collaboration
• You struggle with feedback, fast-moving ideas, or trying new approaches This role will suit someone who enjoys experimenting, learning quickly, and being part of a team building something exciting. If you love creating content, spotting trends, and helping a brand stand out online, you’ll likely enjoy this role a lot.
Duties and responsibilities:
Day to day, this looks like:
• Growing Envera’s social media presence with content that educates and entertains business owners
• Creating short-form video, graphics, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
• Directing and appearing in video content — reels, talking heads, behind-the-scenes
• Collaborating with the wider team to turn ideas into content people actually watch
• Supporting brand campaigns designed to increase visibility and engagement
• Experimenting with AI-powered marketing tools and new creative formats Portfolio Requirement
To apply, please include examples of your work. This might include:
• Social media content you’ve created
• Graphic design work
• Brochures or marketing materials
• Short-form video content
• Campaigns or creative projects We care much more about creativity and initiative than long job histories.
Qualifications:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Tools & Skills:
You don’t need to be perfect at everything, but you should already be confident with some of the following:
• Canva or similar design tools
• CapCut or video editing software
• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
• Presentation design tools
• AI tools for content or design
• Basic digital marketing principles What matters most is that you’re creative, curious, and willing to learn quickly.

• Creative and visually minded
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Comfortable sharing ideas and trying new things
• Self-driven and proactive
• Curious about marketing trends and digital culture
• Motivated by growth and opportunity

• Experiment creatively with real backing from leadership
• Develop your marketing skills fast in a high-growth environment
• Work with cutting-edge AI tools as part of your daily workflow
