Summary
Job Title: Technical Administrator
Role Overview Support the delivery of engineering and construction projects by providing efficient administrative, documentation, and coordination support to technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise project documentation, drawings, and records
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to engineers and project teams
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and manage action logs to ensure follow-up
- Support document control processes, including version tracking and distribution
- Update project systems, trackers, and reports in a timely manner
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communication between teams and contractors
- Assist in monitoring project progress and deadlines
- Provide basic support for system and process queries
Skills & Experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience in construction, engineering, or a technical environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication and ability to chase actions
