Summary
Duties
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Middlesbrough Team with specific responsibility for supporting the Operations team.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate will provide general support to all areas within the Operations Team working shifts.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
To build strong, proactive relationships with your team and co-workers
To complete all administrative duties within agreed time scales
To produce and process dispatch paperwork, raise purchase orders and scan various documentation
Liaise with 3rd Party logistics via email and phone
Prioritise your workload effectively
Continuously review all activities adopting a “can do” and proactive approach
Be compliant with all legislative and statutory requirements
We Are Looking For
The successful candidate should have good numeracy and statistics skills and must have knowledge of Excel
Experience of SAP and RF systems would be significant advantage
Flexibility is required to meet the varying administrative tasks that the role requires
You will strive for excellence in your accuracy of information whilst maintaining a calm approach
You should have the ability to meet all strict deadlines
You must be customer focused, providing excellent service at all times and it is essential that you’re a good team player
