We’re looking for a detail-driven Asset Change Analyst to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring asset data is accurate, controlled, and compliant across our systems.
Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in asset management, facilities management, or maintenance environments who enjoys working with data, governance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and controlling asset data changes within CMMS/CAFM systems
Ensuring all updates are accurate, approved, and fully auditable
Reviewing and validating asset data against maintenance and compliance standards
Performing data reconciliation and dependency checks to maintain consistency
Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for asset changes
Monitoring impact of changes and working with stakeholders to avoid disruption
Creating dashboards and reports to track data quality, risks, and performance
Supporting audits, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in asset management, FM, engineering, or maintenance environments
Strong understanding of CMMS, CAFM, or EAM systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
A methodical, risk-aware approach with strong governance mindset
Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams
Strong organisational and analytical skills
