Summary
About the role
We’re looking for a curious and data‑driven Digital Experience Specialist to join our new Digital Experience team. In this
hands‑on role, you’ll help shape the end‑to‑end digital customer experience across our brands, with a strong focus on CRM, email
and website journeys.
Acting as an internal consultancy, you’ll work closely with the Head of Digital Experience, marketing teams and business
stakeholders—using customer data and insight to inform smarter decisions, optimise journeys and deliver meaningful engagement.
Central to this role will be data-driven CRM management, ensuring our customers’ behaviours are informing marketing decisions, and
contributing actionable learning through data analysis to our wider business teams.
Other key responsibilities include managing development tasks with the Chatsworth marketing team and development partners as well
as undertaking website journey analysis across all our business websites when required.
This is a permanent, full-time role of 40 hours per week. We offer hybrid working, with a minimum of 2–3 days in the office and
the option to work from home for the remainder of the week where suitable.
About you
You’ll have solid experience with CRM platforms, email marketing and customer‑centric UX, alongside a confident, analytical
mindset. Comfortable juggling multiple projects, you enjoy collaboration, problem‑solving and continuous learning. A working
knowledge of CMS platforms, analytics, SEO and A/B testing will set you up for success, as will strong communication skills and a
proactive, consultative approach.
If you’re excited by data‑led marketing, love improving digital journeys and want to grow your expertise in a fast‑paced,
collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Please see attached document for further details on the responsibilities and requirements for this role.
In return
You’ll join a supportive and friendly team within a values-led organisation that genuinely cares about its people. We offer a
range of benefits including a wellbeing calendar of events, an onsite gym and swimming pool, and an Estate Pass providing free
access to Chatsworth for you and your guests, plus discounts across Devonshire Group hotels, shops and restaurants. Details of
our employee benefits can be found here: Working at the Devonshire Group - The Devonshire Group

of working will always be considered.
