Summary
We are currently looking for a Talent Experience & Development Specialist to join our team based out of our London office.
The role will be reporting to the Head of Talent Experience & Development focusing on delivering engaging learning interventions across leadership, professional and capability development, using a mix of virtual and face-to-face formats. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to understand development needs and translate them into practical, relevant learning solutions aligned to business priorities.
Alongside formal learning delivery, you will contribute to talent experience and engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development milestones and engagement activity. A key part of the role will involve supporting the evaluation of learning impact, looking beyond satisfaction scores to understand application, behaviour change and business value. You will also play an active role in continuously improving programmes using feedback, insight and data.
To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or People Development, with confidence facilitating learning sessions and working with diverse employee populations. You will be comfortable using digital learning platforms and tools, and able to adapt your approach to different audiences and delivery methods. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, alongside an organised, delivery-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
