We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Talent Scout to identify and develop emerging musical artists across genres. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current music trends, strong industry relationships, and a sharp ear for unique talent.
The main Key Responsibilities for this role are:
Identify and engage high-potential candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain talent pipelines across key business functions and geographic markets
Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations
Assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment
Track industry trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging talent pools
The main Requirements are:
Proven experience in talent sourcing, executive search, recruitment, or headhunting
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Experience sourcing international or cross-market talent preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
