Hours: 08:30-15:30
Location: Local SEN School
Looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference every day? Thrive Recruitment Group is supporting an SEN school that is expanding its team due to increased pupil numbers and they're looking for caring, enthusiastic people to join them.
What you'll be doing:
• Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or 1:1
• Helping with communication, independence, and learning
• Working alongside an amazing team of teachers and therapists
• Encouraging confidence, emotional development, and social skills
• Assisting with personal care where needed
What you need:
• You MUST be a driver
• GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent)
• A calm, patient, and positive attitude
• A genuine passion for SEN and helping young people
• The willingness to learn - full training is provided
