Sheffield South East Trust is looking to appoint a Full-Time School Manager forWybourn Community Primary and Nursery School. This role is 37 hours per week,52 weeks per year however we would consider candidates who may wish to workless weeks per year with a minimum of 41.
We are looking for an efficient, enthusiastic, flexible and well organised person whois highly motivated and will work hard to make a difference for the children andfamilies in our community.
As the School Manager you would be responsible for human resources andpremises management, health and safety, administration and an element of financialmanagement. This role also includes advising on and when required implementingday to day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have high expectations of themselves and others, theability to work to deadlines, be motivated, able to use their own initiative, work wellunder pressure and have a relentless drive for excellence.
