Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Sheffield South East Trust is seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher at Wybourn Community Primary School, starting in September 2026.

You need to have:

• Excellent teaching skills
• Ability to inspire and support staff
• A commitment to developing and maximising the potential of all our pupils
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills, with the resilience to be fully responsive to day to day issues in school
• Some relevant leadership and management experience
• The skills and experience to support the school’s phase leaders
• Experience of and enthusiasm for working in partnership with families
