Red Hall Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, confident and inspirational teacher, aspiring for Senior Leadership, to take a lead role within our restructured leadership team.

andnbsp;

Working alongside the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will balance a teaching commitment with the day-to-day leadership of a Key Stage. A core focus on raising standards around pupil achievement and excellent teaching provision for our children.

andnbsp;

Our ideal candidate will be a resilient, strategic leader and a strong classroom practitioner who will work as part of our team in providing vision and direction to build on our strengths and shape the future of Red Hall Primary School.

We are looking for an individual who:

Is passionate about childrenandrsquo;s learning, with a proven track record as a leader of teaching and learning, ready for the next step into Senior Leadership.
Is an adaptable and reflective practitioner who has experience of working with children across the primary age range, and has a proven record of excellent classroom practice and self-management
Has a strong understanding of how to use data and evidence to drive school improvements and raise standards of achievement.
Can provide evidence of showing initiative, inspiring and influencing others.
Is determined to make a difference and is passionate about developing strong, working relationships with children, parents/carers and is able to develop others across the school and wider community.
Can motivate and inspire others, has evidence of having supported other staff in a coaching or mentoring capacity, and is able to work as part of the schoolandrsquo;s dedicated and effective team.andnbsp;
