We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to enhance the delivery of Engineering Services through the provision of technical subject matter expertise to site operations and through the development of engineering processes and procedures.​

This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence within a live, critical environment while driving consistent engineering standards.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to lead the Project Integration function across the campus, ensuring ISS and client operations are maintained at all times while supporting the delivery of Capital Projects.

The role carries responsibility for ensuring that all project-related governance, health and safety, and statutory requirements are implemented and upheld to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure ISS resources to meet project support requirements, minimising impact on ISS operations and business-as-usual activity.

Manage day-to-day interactions between project teams and BAU site teams, including attendance at look-ahead meetings.

Lead the management of the Project Integration function within the campus environment.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with ISS teams, key clients, suppliers and the wider ISS community.

Support the UK & Campus Engineering Leadership Team in enhancing site engineering service delivery.

Drive improvements to SOPs and EOPs and contribute to the development of technical solutions for reactive and planned maintenance.

Ensure client and ISS standards and governance are effectively communicated, implemented and maintained.

Provide clear, structured and timely communication to key stakeholders on issues with potential business impact.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Suitably qualified in an engineering discipline.

Strong experience managing engineering operations, including critical engineering environments.

Proven experience overseeing project activity within a live operational facility.

Experience managing high-risk works, including HV and LV electrical systems, pressure systems and confined spaces.

Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and safe working practices.

NEBOSH or IOSH certification.

UK driving licence.
