About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll support individuals with learning disabilities to live happy, fulfilling lives. No two days are the same! You’ll be:

- Supporting with daily activities and routines
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Offering emotional support and companionship
- Building strong, meaningful relationships

You’ll work with a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique strengths, personalities and support needs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for superheroes—just great people who care:

- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Strong communication skills and a relationship‑focused approach
- Flexibility to work agreed shifts
- A positive, empathetic attitude towards people with learning disabilities
- A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)

Contract Details

- Part-time: 13 hours per week
- Working days: Wednesday & Thursday
- Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026
