Full Time – 4.5 days per week

Blossom Lodge Day Nursery is seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to lead our Pre‑School Room (ages 3–5). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a warm, friendly, and supportive nursery, where children and staff alike are encouraged to flourish.

You’ll be joining a dedicated team, supported by a committed Senior Leadership Team who are passionate about continual professional development and delivering outstanding early years care.

The Role
As Room Leader, you will:

Lead and supervise a small team of early years practitioners
Work closely with the Nursery Manager on the day-to-day running of the room
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Deliver high-quality EYFS practice to maximise children’s learning and development
Support staff development and ensure best practice is consistently maintained
Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
About You
You will be:

An experienced early years professional with leadership or room-based experience
Passionate about early childhood development and school readiness
Confident managing staff and leading by example
Organised, caring, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
A strong communicator and team player
