Blossom Lodge Day Nursery is delighted to be recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our Toddler Room (1–2 years) on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday.

This role is ideal for a caring, enthusiastic early years professional who is passionate about creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where toddlers can thrive.

About the Role

Full-time position working 44 hours per week over 4.5 days
Supporting, developing, and extending children’s play across the EYFS curriculum
Creating individual learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs
Building strong, positive relationships with parents and colleagues
Recording children’s daily activities and progress using our online portal
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

Kind, calm, and caring with a good sense of humour
Passionate about early years development
A confident team player with a flexible approach to working hours
Empathetic to the needs of young children
Essential requirements:

Previous experience in a children’s day nursery
Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
Strong communication skills
Ability to observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Good IT skills for online learning journals
Two references required
Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
