Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic field and production workers to join our hardworking teams.
The role requires a certain level of manual handling, so this should be taken into consideration. It involves physically demanding work both in the field and in the packhouse.
Field the main role will involve picking strawberries and raspberries from mid-May. Work may also include crop husbandry, tunnel maintenance and construction, turnip harvesting, and mesh winding. Duties will involve heavy lifting, pushing and pulling, bending, and working with tools. You will be required to work in all weather conditions.
Packhouse work includes trimming swede and packing vegetables or fruits.
Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage but is not essential.
We offer excellent earning potential, including a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, performance bonuses, and overtime.
Own transport is essential due to the location and early start times.
