Summary
Be Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work with our client, a leading producer of high-quality fish in Lerwick, Shetland.
There has never been a better time to join the business with excellent benefits offered including:
A competitive standard starting rate of £14.00 per hour and overtime at £21.00 per hour
• On-going agency contract with seasonal opportunities from the heigh of Summer (July/August) until Winter (approx. 6 months work)
Weekly pay via agency
Dayshift: 0700 – 1700 and Backshift/Nightshift will be from 1700 – 0300 with high amount of overtime expected in the heigh of the season
Substantial overtime opportunities

Relocation Support with travel to and from the Island paid (ferry)
Shared accommodation provided free of charge
Transportation option provided
As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to preparing fresh fish.
The successful candidates will:
Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment
Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
Thrive working within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work
Be flexible with their working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs
