We are looking for a dedicated part time Admissions Officerto join our friendly, supportive team at Yate Academy, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust.

About the role:

Yate Academy is looking to recruit an Admissions Officer to lead on admissions for Years 7 and 12, as well as all in-year admissions.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To oversee admissions for all students into Year 7 and Year 12.
• To oversee in-year admissions for all year groups.
• Ensure school student enrolment is conducted strictly in accordance with the Schools policies and standards.
• Be directly responsible for the entire admissions process end-to-end including but not limited to implementation of admissions strategy and events.
• Monitor emails regarding admissions and distribute as appropriate in an efficient and timely manner to ensure vital communication is maintained.
• Coordinate school tours/visits.
• Liaise with parents on admission enquiries and school placement status.
• Support and process student applications.
• Maintain a complete and accurate record of parent/student details into the school management system.
