In this role, you'll be responsible for providing one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions, focusing on a wide range of subjects, from core academic areas like English, maths, and science, to life skills, creative expression, and social-emotional development. You'll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised education plans, tracking progress, and adapting your approach to ensure each student's unique needs are met.
Ideally, you'll have a strong background in special education, with experience working with students who have a variety of learning differences, such as autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, ADHD, and developmental delays. You'll be a confident, compassionate communicator, skilled in building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and able to create a nurturing, engaging learning environment.
