Summary
Act as Trust Contract Manager for all Estates & Facilities contracts, including but not limited to Soft and Harf FM, retail, catering, estates maintenance, utilities and specialist services. Develop and implement robust contract governance, performance management and assurance frameworks. Ensure contracts deliver best value, innovation and continuous improvement. Manage contract negotiations, variations and dispute resolution where required, ensuring financial, legal and operational impacts are managed effectively.Ensure compliance with NHS procurement regulations and public sector contracting standards. Manage procurement, contracts, and service-level agreements, ensuring best value. Develop and manage longterm supplier and market engagement plans, identifying opportunities for collaboration, improved value for money and service transformation. Provide senior leadership in the full contract lifecycle, including strategy development, tendering, evaluation, mobilisation, performance management and reprocurement.
